Lawnge

I designed and created the v1 website for The Lawnge, an organic loungechair. Visit the website at www.lawnge.nl with the new v2 style.

An organic loungechair appears to rise from the grass. The shape follows the human anatomy, making it comfortable to relax in. The LAWNGE is designed by Lisette Spee and Tim van den Burg. They wanted to create a chair that is strong enough for public space usage, but which literally  integrates in it's surroundings. This resulted in three prototypes which have recently been placed in Valkenberg Parc in Breda (NL). Materials used for this particular design are corten steel covered with foam and artificial grass.

They asked me to design and create the website for the Lawnge chair. I was completely free, no restrictions so I made a fullscreen flash + php website.
